Use on the go:

1. Fill the Comfycase halfway with hot water.
2. Empty your menstrual disc or cup in the toilet.
3. Place the period product in the Comfycase and let it sit for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Repeat if needed.
5. Pour the water into the toilet and dry your menstrual disc or cup with a cloth.

Use at home:

1. Insert the product into the Comfycase.
2. Add water until it is halfway full.
3. Heat in the microwave for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Caution! Allow the water to cool before handling then pour the water into the toilet.
5. Dry your period product with a cloth.
