The Velvet Wear Matte Cream Lipstick has a velvety and creamy texture that is easy to apply and offers a soft, satin finish with gorgeous colour payoff. Antioxidant-rich blueberry seed oil and shea butter nourish sensitive lips whilst smoothing and protecting the skin. For supple and smooth lips.

Application:

  • Apply generously for a classic, matte lip.
  • Gently dab onto the lips for a trendy, lip-stain effect.
  • Top with a small amount of Glossy Vemon Lip Gloss in the shade HI-SHINE 71 for extra shine and dimension.
  • Apply to your eyelids and/or cheeks for a monochrome make-up look.
