This set of easy-care, hypoallergenic Secret kegel balls by Joyballs is ideal for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. Made from medical-grade Silikomed®, each one features a short retrieval loop for discreet and comfortable use.

The natural weight of the kegel balls supports the training effect. Inside each ball is a free-moving inner ball that responds to your body’s movements by gently bouncing against the outer wall.

Tips:

• The manufacturer recommends starting with two training sessions per day, each lasting no more than 10 minutes. Exercises can be done while standing, sitting, walking or lying down.
