Application:

1. Wash your hands.
2. Fold the cup & refer to the instruction sheet for tips on how to insert it.
3. It is easiest to insert the cup folded when crouching.
4. To remove the cup, wash your hands and gently press the cup to release the vacuum.
5. Carefully pull it out with a twist.
6. Empty the cup after max. 8 hours.
7. Clean the cup in boiling water for 5 minutes after each use. If you are on the go, you can use the intimate care wipes to clean the cup.
