Description
The Mattifying Primer by Neve Cosmetics was specially developed for combination and oily skin. The primer forms an excellent make-up base, which smoothes and evens out the skin and extends the durability of the rest of your make-up.
Added jojoba oil increases your skin's elasticity, while absorbent silica and rice oil give you a soft, matte and long-lasting finish. To prepare your face for further make-up, simply apply the BioPrimer to the cleansed face and distribute it evenly.
