Description
The Shinefinity Brush & Bowl Activator 2% by Wella Professionals is formulated to be used with the demi-permanent Shinifinty Glaze. It contains a balancing pH-puffer system that controls the pH levels of the colour treatment for true-to-tone results. Ideal for precision application.
Application:
- For use with a brush and non-metallic bowl.
- Mixing ratio of 1:1 (1 part Shinefinity + 1 part activator).
